Six Easy Steps To Get Silky Smooth Hair Instantly
Silky smooth hair is a great way to complete a beauty package. But pollution, dirt, frequently exposure to sunlight, and unhealthy lifestyle usually turn your smooth hair into rough, dry and dull hair. So here are some tips to treat those rough, dry and dull hair instantly.
Step 1: Oiling hair
Oil your hair at least once a week. If your hair is very dry you should oil it at least twice a week. Heat oil to a warm temperature before applying it on your hair. Make partitions of your hair, dip your finger tips in oil and gently massage it on your scalp and on the roots of your hair. It helps to improve blood circulation and make the hair silky and strong, massaging for at least 10 to 15 minutes after oiling your hair is very important .
Avoid washing your hair immediately after oiling. If you do not like to wear oily hair, you can oil it before going to bed. You can wash your hair the next day. For best results let the oil stay for one day on your hair. When you make the oil stay for longer time it soaks in the scalp better.
Step 2: Shampooing hair
Wash your hair with fragrance free herbal shampoo. If you don’t have a herbal shampoo than use regular a brand, choose the correct shampoo for your hair type and make sure the shampoo you are using is of good quality. To lose less hair in the shower, brush your hair before you get into the shower. It is best to lather with the shampoo and rinse it off completely.
Step 3: Conditioner your Hair
Conditioner give fullness to the hair by increasing volume as well as making the hair smoother. Always completely rinse out shampoo before you condition because if you don’t, you will get greasy hair. Do not use the built in shampoo/conditioners. They are not as good as applying a conditioner separately. Use a conditioner every time you wash your hair. Distribute the conditioner evenly through the hair first using your fingers then using a comb.Rinse the hair thoroughly ensuring no residue is left behind. To finish use cold water which will close the cuticles and give your hair added shine, avoid hot water, it will damage your hair, causing the keratin to soften.
Step 4: Drying your Hair
Thoroughly dry your hair. When towel-drying never rub the hair as this will cause tangling and damage the cuticle of the hair. Never brush wet hair. Use a wide tooth comb if you must comb your hair while it’s wet. Wet hair will stretch and break easily. Never use a brush on wet hair.Do not use blow dryer often. Blow drying your hair causes excessive heating of the hair strands which can destroy them and strip all the silkiness and moisture from the strand causing more cracking. The more tears and cracking of the hair strands the less soft and silky they will be.
Step 5: Use hair Serum or Silicone Spray
Hair serum is a kind of hair product that is generally used on curly or frizzy hair to give it a smoother look. It is also used to make thick hair more manageable. Hair serum is especially useful for people who have damaged or dry hair, because it can help to smooth the dry or damaged hair follicles. By smoothing the follicles, hair is easier to style and take care of. Silicone Spray improves combability, feel, softness, slik, smoothness and shine in hair.
Step 6: Drink a lot of water
Drink a lot of water. Water lubricates the hair shaft and makes hair silkier by lubricating the hair strands. Water is used by the body to help flush out toxins and waste products from the body. Drinking a healthy amount of water can have alot of good effects on your health also.
